Apologies for there being such a gap between our last posting and this. We have all been frantically busy with assessment and interviews. We are just about coming up for air! Anyway I thought it would be a good time to start updating you on what has been happening here within the Illustration department at Falmouth University….

Late in January we were fortunate to be able to host Sam Arthur from Nobrow when he visited Falmouth. Our students have seen Sam  talk about the origins of Nobrow before when he gave a talk at our Illustration forum event in London (in collaboration with LCC). This time he brought an updated presentation that gave students an even deeper insight into the Nobrow story. Sam was also able to spend some time with our students in the studio. Many thanks Sam.
